It always seems to be a frustrating situation when you talk to Tech guys. Is it plugged in? It seems that either the Tech guys want to either talk to you about your systems like you know everything and T.L.A. (three letter acronym) you to death, or they talk to you like your a complete idiot. Have you seen Nick Burns your companies computer guy? Its kind of true to life.
